Development Finance

Development Loans are available to applicants who require the flexibility to fund and finish their latest project or development. We require that applicants have a proven track record in renovation and modernisation of residential projects.

Our terms are specific to each individual loan as we review each on a case-by-case basis.

We will consider residential development projects throughout England providing they are in or around a major city. We will also consider commercial development projects if there is a pre-lease agreement already in place with a blue-chip tenant.

Bridging Finance

Oblix Capital provides short-term Bridging Finance that enables borrowers to take advantage of opportunities in the fast-moving property market. Finance is typically provided within 5 days from receipt of a full application.

Our Bridging Finance is available to both private individuals and limited companies. Each application is reviewed on its individual merit as we understand that on some occasions, deals need to be structured to meet the demands of all parties.

We have 3 products types to choose from, Residential Investment Bridge Loan, Commercial Bridge Loan , Residential Refurbishment Bridge Loan for those properties requiring remedial works but no structural amendments.

2nd Charge Bridge

Oblix Capital provide fast second charge bridging loans on investment properties. Second charge bridging loans are a quick and easy method of raising finance for a number of reason varying from improvements to the property in order to increase its value or to raise finance to acquire additional properties.

Second charge bridging finance with Oblix Capital is available up to 65% LTV and is available for a maximum term of 12 months providing the property is within close proximity to a major city in England.
